Double-file restarts have been common place in NASCAR now for about a month or two, and it has brought better racing to NASCAR. Now local tracks are starting to take notice and bring in the double-file restarts. Personally I am not a fan of them from a driver's point of view. The reason being if I am racing at a track where the grove is on the bottom, I am now being penalized for running second, and now I have to restart on the outside and more then likely will get freight-trained by the inside line cars.
