Well, the House of Representatives has passed the "Cash for Clunkers" bill that basically will provide cash for upgrading to a more fuel efficient vehicle under certain restrictions. How does this affect the racing community?

The New GM organization gets a new chairman in one Edward Whitacre, Jr., the former head of ATT. Will he be racer friendly or did Nascar burn a bridge over the ATT vs. Sprint deal a few years ago?
